Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding our swatch program:



Have my swatches shipped?
Swatches are shipped 2-3 business day after we received your order unless it is back-ordered or out of stock.  We will notify you if this is the case.

Can I have a tracking number for my swatches?
Swatches are shipped via USPS so there is no tracking information.  US mail can take between 3-5 days for transit time.

How long will my swatches take to ship?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your swatches to arrive.

My account says that my swatch order has not shipped?
Because there is no tracking information your account will say that they have not yet shipped. All our swatches ship within 48-72 hours upon receipt of your order unless it is out of stock or discontinued.  We will notify you by email if this is the case.

When will my out of stock swatches be in stock?
Unfortunately the manufacturers do not provide backorder dates for any swatches. They can take up to 6-8 weeks before they are back in stock.  We do not charge you for out of stock items and will send them to you free of charge once they are available.

Can I cancel my swatch order?
Swatches are processed and shipped within 24 hours to accommodate speedy delivery to our customers. If the order has been processed then we are unable to cancel the order.

I was sent a return envelope. Do I need to return the swatches?
There is no need to return the swatches. Envelopes are added to the package for environmentally friendly purposes.

Can I return my swatches for credit toward a purchase?
There is no need to return swatches. A swatch can be credited toward a purchase of the corresponding fabric. When ordering the yardage please put the swatch order number in the comments section and the credit will be applied during the processing period.
