Cancellation Policy

Our system processes orders quickly, so cancellations are only possible if the order has not been packed for shipping. To cancel, call us at 800-497-8042 during business hours as soon as possible. Once shipped, orders can only be returned for manufacturer defects. Please refer to our return policy for details.

Cancellations are subject to approval.

We may need to cancel your order due to:

• Unauthorized credit card transaction
• Item unavailable or discontinued
• Pricing discrepancy
• Minimum order or increment errors per vendor requirements
• Past transaction issues preventing future orders

If canceled before processing, you will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after processing will be refunded minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
